We’ve got bottles from all over the world: France, Germany, Austria, Greece, South Africa, Chile, Argentina, Spain, Portugal, the U.S.A., and a main focus on Italy. Our beer selection features delicious imports from all over Europe.

Give us your price range and we’ll find the perfect wine to fit your budget; we’ve got bottles to splurge on, as well as a nice value section if you’re looking to keep it low-key. On average, we try to keep our selection between $20-35.
Meet the owner.
Karl Braun has been in sales for specialty import beer for over 21 years. During that time, he has visited many domestic and international breweries, wineries, and distilleries.
After 30 years of being away from Libertyville, Karl returned to his roots and opened Lago Enoteca in November of 2020 to share his knowledge and passion for beer & wine with others.
An LHS graduate and Highland alumni, he’s always thrilled to see familiar faces around the neighborhood and meet new people in the area. Karl is looking forward to building a new community around Lago Enoteca in the years to come.
